According to the above document, you can see the REST Endpoint in Service Details Page.
- Sign in to the My Services dashboard for your identity domain or Cloud Account.
- In the list of services, click Cloud Service Name you want to check.
- Locate the REST Endpoint field, which shows the URL to the REST server.
However, it may not be displayed in some environments.
