REST Endpoint URL does not show in My Service console when using IDCS-based Account (Doc ID 2461870.1)

According to the above document, you can see the REST Endpoint in Service Details Page.

  1. Sign in to the My Services dashboard for your identity domain or Cloud Account.
  2. In the list of services, click Cloud Service Name you want to check.
  3. Locate the REST Endpoint field, which shows the URL to the REST server.

However, it may not be displayed in some environments.
