Information in this document applies to any platform.
- The intial email notification that the account has been converted to a paid account has been received.
- The My Services dashboard still shows the account as a promotional account with the "Upgrade to Paid" link.
- Attempting to upgrade the account again shows the status "Account upgrade request is in progress. You will be notified when it completes.”
This is most likely to occur if you try to convert your promotional account to PAYG on the day it is due to expire.
