Fusion Global Payroll: Address Change City Not Found For Zip Code (Doc ID 2462245.1)

When entering Address for an employee, application is not showing correct city for specific zip code.


1. Navigator > Person Management > Search for a person with an address that needs to be changed
2. Click on the Edit button under the Address section > Update > Enter Effective Date
3. Enter City along with Zip Code and the City changes to incorrect value
