BP Creator Auto-Creation Fails : 'Integration has not been set up. Contact Company Administrator' Found In the Source Record's Audit Log

In this example the source Business Process (BP) record exists in one shell's workspace and the destination BP is configured to be auto-created in another shell's workspace by way of the 'Location Element' defined in the Auto-creation Process in uDesigner. Also, the auto-creation is being triggered by way of a BP Creator type Data Element, and the source's BP Setup has the 'Enable condition based auto creation' setting enabled/checked.
Expected Result: When conditions are met the destination record should be created in the workspace defined in the Location Element of the source record.
Actual Result: The destination record is not created and the following is found in the source record's Audit Log:
Event = Error
Action = Auto create
Field = Create Integration Record
New Value = Integration has not been set up. Contact Company Administrator
