Clicking on "Down" Icon of Drop-down List Does Not Open the List in Internet Explorer (IE) 11 (Doc ID 2462359.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicking on "down" icon of drop-down list does not open the list.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Clicking on "down" icon of drop-down list should show the list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to Instantis EnterpriseTrack using IE browser.
  2. Navigate to Projects page.
  3. Click a project to show the "Project Basics" page.
  4. Click "Edit" icon in the top-right corner of section to show "Project Basics: <SECTION>" page.
  5. Click on "Down" icon of the drop-down list.
  6. Notice that it does not open the list.
