ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Clicking on "down" icon of drop-down list does not open the list.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Clicking on "down" icon of drop-down list should show the list.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login to Instantis EnterpriseTrack using IE browser.
- Navigate to Projects page.
- Click a project to show the "Project Basics" page.
- Click "Edit" icon in the top-right corner of section to show "Project Basics: <SECTION>" page.
- Click on "Down" icon of the drop-down list.
- Notice that it does not open the list.
