ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When create new bank account in Personal Payment Methods, let's say with start date on 18th of Sep 18 , the existing bank account is not end dated with one day before the date of new bank account creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The end date should be one day before the date of new bank account creation (i.e if new bank account is created on 18th Sep 18, the end date for the earlier bank account should be 17th Sep 18 )

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage Personal Payment Methods.
2. Create new bank account.
3. The end dated account is showing like Remaining Pay.

This causing an issue when transfer the data to EBS side.
