Under one Company and one Payroll, the user has multiple Sub Companies and divisions.

The requirement is to handle each division or department employees assigned to that structure to run separate payroll for example the month of august while the remaining employees are not processed.
The meaning of running here is not just consisting of running the calculate payroll process only but also make include prepayment and EFT and then transfer to GL account.
So the final solution would be capability of running separate groups in one single payroll and have multiple concurrent process
