Goal

Customer needs to upload in the SR theirs customers confidential documents. Because of RGPD rules these documents cannot be available for all agents to see this information associated with the SR.
How can customer classify this kind of documents that are confidential and only some agents according with their profile to be able to see those documents?
Could please advise if this behavior is possible?
