Symptoms

ON Fusion Applications 11.13.18.05.0 in Test SaaS Environment:

CSM Import is happening for almost 12+ hours and it is still running. There is no error reported in log.
Quite often they used to export and import successfully in the period of every month/week. Last successful CSM import was on Oct 4 and it will be completed with in 90 mins. After 18B upgrade, they are doing it for the first time, but still it is happening.
