Symptoms
When setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) with a SAML-compliant identity provider, error messages are prompted when configuring the identity provider.
- The Create button displays the error "One of the supplied certificates was not found."
- The Upload from Metadata button shows the message "There was an error uploading metadata to the server."
These two options are found under Settings > Users and Security : Single Sign-On > Identity Providers.
