Screen Refreshes When Trying To Search

Every time the a certain user clicks on the lead search field or global search field, the window refreshes. As a result he cannot perform search in either of those fields.
The issue is the same on different computers and browsers. the customer tried on Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge.
Even after reseting personalization for that user, the issue persists.
No changed has been made to that specific user recently.
