RPAS Cloud: How to Clean Directories (Doc ID 2463866.1)

Goal

A customer was getting the following error when attempting to build a domain from bootstrap:

There was a also a statement in the log which mentioned "Fetching 10 Hierarchy Data files" even though there should be only 5 files.

It appears there are extra files in the SFTP directory or in the input directory, causing the build error. How can these be cleared?
