Sometimes a proxy configuration change is required on a Fusion Apps POD, in order for FA to be able connect to an OIC instance. eg. This may be required for an ERP callback to OIC to work.

What is an easy way test if connectivity from a Fusion Apps POD to an OIC instance is working ?
