ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Self Evaluation Errors ORA-01578, ORA-01110 & ORA-26040: Data block was loaded using the NOLOGGING option error's while doing Self Evaluation.
Employees cannot do Self Evaluation with Errors popping up. We need to test this and update our configurations for our Performance Cycle that usually starts at start of December for the current year.
ORA-01578: ORACLE data block corrupted (file # 62, block # 714949)
ORA-01110: data file 62: '+DATA/US2DAKF/DATAFILE/fusion_ts_tx_data.258.987751725'
ORA-26040: Data block was loaded using the NOLOGGING option
