The customer can view Opportunities in the Opportunities tab in CX Mobile, but they are not able to view the same Opportunities from The Opportunities sub-tab under Accounts. This sub-tab shows that no Opportunities are found for Accounts that should have Opportunities. There is not search or filter options at the top of this sub-tab. Why would Opportunities not be visible here?
