Missing Domain Name in Change User Role LOV (Doc ID 2465264.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User Role Change LOV is not showing the Domain Name

There are multiple roles defined with the same role name under different domains.
When changing the role, the system is not showing the domain name in roles LOV.
Hence user is unable to select the desired role.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should show the domain name with the role name

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Application
2. Click the user name from right side top corner
3. Click "User Role" LOV
