Issues with email delivery

We have been using the sales campaign to send out invitations and emails but it seems that they are not reaching some of our clients. Even when we are forwarding them the messages, they are still not receiving them. Is there a way to monitor where they are sent? Also could you please confirm what is the IP behind the email facility of sales campaign and also where do the hard bounce backs go and the soft bounce backs?
It is causing issues with getting our clients to attend our events.
