Symptoms

On : Unifier 18.8.2

When it is verified that the Schedule of Values (SOV) is not locked by another Pending record, and attempting to create a change commit or payment type Business Process (BP) record against the SOV, a user receives the Notification below. 

Scenario's include:

ERROR
-----------------------

The SOV of the selected contract is locked by another Business Process.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:Log in to Unifier.

  1. Attempt to create a change commit or payment type BP record against the SOV and click on the Send or Finish Editing button.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create the change commit or payment type BP records against the SOV.
