Symptoms

When trying to load data using SQL Developer, the cart load fails with a status of: ERRORED

The follow is true:
* The cloud connection information was entered properly.
* A test of the SFTP connect information was successful
* The cart was created and deployed. Eventually the request failed with "ERRORED".
