In Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Services, Item Induction Upload gets stuck in New Status.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Tasks --> Items --> Upload Items from File.
  2. Select Template as "Item Master" and set Destination as "RMS Tables".
  3. For the Source, click Browse and navigate to location containing the file to upload.
  4. Upload the file.
