Symptoms

The Requisition Import through FBDI is failing with errors:

Error

The value of the attribute Preparer is not valid.
The value of the attribute Requester is not valid.
The value of the attribute Budget Date is not valid.

Steps To Reproduce
1. Run Requisition Import process.
2. The Requisition Import job fails with error above.
