Symptoms

 Customers received following email from Wells Fargo Bank about support for SHA1 key exchange algorithms being discontinued and the need to upgrade to SHA2.

" To safeguard your confidential account information, you are required to update your Secure Application File Exchange Transmission (SAFE-T) protocols. We've previously communicated that as of October 31, the following less secure key exchange
algorithms will no longer be supported for the Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) by the SAFE-T service:

We recommend that you switch to one of the following more secure key exchange algorithms to connect to the SAFE-T service for SFTP automated transmissions:

If you do not have one of the more secure key exchange algorithms listed above, your information security may be at risk. We care about your confidential account security and may remind you periodically between now and October 31. "
