The DST will end on November 4 and users want to know how the Oracle OIC handles DST on existing scheduled interfaces ?

1. How do we schedule interfaces in DST?
2. Currently, the interfaces are scheduled in UTC. Would the Oracle OIC adjust the timing automatically once the DST ends or starts? If not, what is the workaround?
