Symptoms
On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Financial Reporting and Analysis
When attempting to Execute the Journals Extract Report, the UI does not show the needed parameters to proceed with the report.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The UI should render the parameters for this extract as it does it with the other extracts
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator
2. Scheduled Processes
3. General Data File for Extracts
4. Select Journal Extract
5. The parameters section shows blank
