Default Saved Search Not Working In Payroll Person Results Screen

Goal
The user has created a Default saved search to fetch the results between Jan 2018 till Dec 2019 in Payroll Person Results screen.
However when the user access the screen, it shows the results of only September month.
After Click on show filters and press search button again for the filter to take effect.
The filter is saved, but it is required to open filters and click search again to render the information.
The user is expecting to have the search information rendered when accessing the page as it happens in other environments.
Is any setting which user should do in order to get the filtered information when opening the page?
