Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Am unable to start Oracle Sales Cloud for Outlook getting the error message " unable to load the user profile due to an unknown error"
Even after following steps from Doc ID 2326273.1 the issue is not getting resolved.
