Goal

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Creating a new SR, usually after data sync the Service Request number is field automatically, after R13 upgrade it has been changed
after the first sync we see as SR number we have to sync twice to get the correct number

Can you please assist?
