Importing lead data

Hello,

I have a problem, when I am uploading file to create file mappings I get error. Same error occurs when trying to upload file while creating import activity.

ERROR

A connection to the server has failed.(status=unknown)




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Import objects
2. Select Lead
3. Create mapping
4. Upload mapping
5. Click Ok
6. Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create file mappings
