Symptoms

You've opened Reporting Web Studio in FCCS/PBCS/EPBCS and are creating or editing a report.

There is a "green X" button at the top of the Studio labeled "Export Design To Excel". When you click this button, nothing seems to happen. The File menu contains the same option but it is grayed out.
