ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manually assigned Roles got revoked for User after hire date change

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Manually assigned Roles should not get revoked for user after hire date change

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Application >> Go to Person Management

2.Search for the User

3. Go to Manage Work Relationship >> Change the Hire Date
