Symptoms

Seeing "Please check the shipping address and try again." error when selecting shipping method on Storefront.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Go to storefront 
2. Add a product to cart
3. Click on 'Checkout'
4. Fill out email address
5. Fill out shipping address
6. From the drop down select a shipping method --> "Please check the shipping address and try again." message shows up.

POST https://ccstore-xxxx-xxxx.oracleoutsourcing.com/ccstoreui/v1/orders/price call fails with 500 error.
