Goal

Why having Zero Balance Accrual Plan for employee after a Future Termination

An employees balance is displaying incorrectly in the system.

When attempting to run "Run accruals for the selected plan" using the Balance As-of Date being 31-Dec-2018, we encounter the following error message:

The accrual process failed because the accrual period that you specified is not valid for the absence plan XXX. (ANC-3405131)

When attempting to run "Calculate Accruals and Balances" for the employee, the process completes however, looking at the log file, the following error report is displayed.

Error Report:

There also seems to be a mismatch in ANC_PER_ACCRUAL_ENTRIES and ANC_PER_ACRL_ENTRY_DTLS for the employee.
