Goal

How to create Adjustment matrix on Shipping Charges? The Adjustment Matrix created, is not getting applied on Sales Orders. Below are the scenarios/ questions:

  1. Configured the Shipping charge with discount/adjustment, But its is not getting applied during order creation. 
  2. Can we configure flat shipping charge at line level instead of per qty level?
  3. Can we configure shipping charge at Product category level?
