RMS Order Purge Criteria Is Not Consistent With Warehouse Management System (WMS) (Doc ID 2467609.1)

Symptoms

RMS is purging Purchase Order(PO) with unreceived appointments in the WMS, while WMS is expecting closed orders to not have an open appointment, so the messages fail in the RIB hospital.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Create a PO.
  2. Appoint that PO in the WMS.
  3. Cancel/Purge the PO.
  4. RIB message should fail in the WMS RIB hospital.
