ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Outlook Calendar Block Issue  

The calendar is downloaded.

Activities show up with correct dates and times, but it looks like the date range of when the offering is published is also blocked on the calendar.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should only block the offering activity dates, not the offering publish dates

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a multi-day ILT offering.
2. Registered for the offering, then on the screen with the list of activities I clicked on the Actions
drop-down menu, and selected Add to Calendar.3.
3.  Download the .ics file and open it. It opens in Outlook as a new calendar adjacent to your
existing calendar, with the offering information. The activities are displayed properly with the
proper times and dates and information. However, it looks like it also blocks out the offering
publishing period. In this case from 10/8 – 10/21 is the publishing date range.
