Symptoms

On: Oracle Prime NA version, Cloud: Other

Issue: Unable to Load Inbox.
After clicking on the notification icon, Inbox would not load data.
See attached screen shot.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Inbox in Oracle Prime
2. Click the Notification icon
3. Error occurs

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see notifications.
