Symptoms

Correction in Termination Date not getting updated

We are trying to correct Termination date of Employees through UI (Manager Work Relationship> Correct Resignation)
The Transaction gets submitted successfully and even after approval, the dates are not getting changed.
The employees remain Inactive and their LWD is not changed. This is causing lot of issues to Active Employees.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. We are trying to correct Termination date of Employees through UI (Manager Work Relationship> Correct Resignation)
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The count of Termination issue is increasing a lot. The approved resignation raised by employees are also not getting registered in system. Please expedite on this.
Admin and HR are not able to correct Termination Date and also not able to Terminate employees.
Incorrect Resignation Date in the system which need to be corrected ASAP.

SOA logs has Below error:
