On :  11.13.18.05.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

When journal rules are configured in the delivered participants and stages, there are no issues. When attempting to test the same rule in a new participant the below error occurs, even if the rule is set to Auto Approve.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Set a rule:
Rule Set Name: XY  Z
Name: AnyRuleName

If Journal batch ledger.ledger enabled for approval is "Y" and
Journal Header.ledger name is "ABC"

Then

List Builder: Resource
Response Type: Required

groups:null
Application  Role "GENERAL_ACCOUNTING_APPROVAL_GROUP"
Rule Name "AnyRuleName"
Dimension ID null

2. Create a journal that has Approval required and ledger name is "ABC"
3. Send for approval

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot approve journals successfully using this rule, than when is copied exactly the same on the Seeded Participants, works as expected.
