Symptoms

While importing a project, the import fails with the following error:

ERROR

RulesException: Name and Code must be unique per WBS level. Enter a unique value. (PRM-009005001)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects
  2. Go to Workspace | All Projects
  3. Select Action | Import XML
