ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Issue with Profile Management content item ITEM_TEXT240_1 and ITEM_TEXT30_15

We have a content item ITEM_TEXT240_1 enabled with the Value set name of "SG_MAJOR" in Degrees profile content section and item ITEM_TEXT30_15 enabled with a value set name "SG_TUITION_PERCENTAGE" in Tuition Reimbursement content section.The look values don't show up for the user in Talent profile for both the above content types.The issue started happening since a month or so.Please let us know what is causing the issue.

For look values to show up for the user in Talent profile for both of the content types

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Degrees
2.Major
3.Search and Select:Look up values don't show up for "SG_MAJOR"

1.Tuition Reimbursement
2. % of Tuition Reimbursement
3.Search and Select:Look up values don't show up for "SG_TUITION_PERCENTAGE"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have look values show up for the user in Talent profile for both of the content types
