Symptoms
On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.18.05.0 version, Accounting transactions. When done the receipt accounting, this is not picking up balancing segment from Receivable line
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting to be able to have the correct accounting segment
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Accounting
4. Reviewed the receipt and observed the problem described appears
