Symptoms

During bulk Company users import from Global Admin via Excel Import Template multiple errors occur during Actions, Import from Excel, for example:


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Global Admin
  2. Companies
  3. Actions >> Download Import Template
  4. Open Import Template in Excel
  5. Update Company&Offices and Users tabs.  Save
  6. Next, Actions >> Import from Excel....
  7. Error: "Company&Offices Sheet rejected..."
  8. Error: "An unknown error has occurred. (PRM-000000000)
