Symptoms

 ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When searching for imported assignments with "Request approved" on "Plan record" , after selecting some of them, clicked on mass action, "Update plan record status"and choose "Final", then the selected records have been activated by this step.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When searching for imported assignments with "Request approved" on "Plan record" , after selecting some of them, clicked on mass action, "Update plan record status"and choose "Final", then the selected records should not change.

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Client Groups > Learning > Learners > Programs > Open a program
2. Plan profile > Add Plan Profile > Existing Assignments > you import assignments at "Request Approved" status
3. Plan record, search for those assignments: Status -> Request Approved
4. Select some of them, clicked on mass action, "Update plan record status", choose "Final"
5. The selected records have been activated by this step
