Administrators observed that concurrent jobs are getting stuck and not processing.  They do not realize those issues until they check manually from the schedule processes page.

How can one find out if there is an issue with concurrent processing instead of finding it out manually?  Can administrators get notifications when scheduled processes are stuck in wait status or Ready status or if there is any issue with concurrent job processing?
