Error: "PRM-006000013" When Trying to Import an XML From P6 to Update an Existing Project Schedule in Prime (Doc ID 2469338.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a P6 XML, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to complete import.

SharedDataException: {Calendar_ID}: Already exists in multiple child Workspaces.

You cannot change owning association to this Workspace. (PRM-006000013)


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Prime Projects.
  2. From the project drop down select View all projects.
  3. From the Actions menu select Import P6 XML
  4. Select the file and click Import.
  5. Note the error in the import log.
