Error When Opening "Benefits Enrollment Summary Report"

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Reports and Analytics
When attempting to view the benefit enrollment summary report,
the following error occurs.
"Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReportDefinition
for reportAbsolutePath [/Human Capital
Management/Benefits/Enrollment/PersonEnrollmentSummary.xdo] Failure: Due to
java.lang.SecurityException: Security violation: /Human Capital
Management/Benefits/Enrollment/PersonEnrollmentSummary.xdo, user: sse3******8,
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Step 1: Click on About me -> Benefits
Step 2: Click on “View Current and Future Benefits - Click here to view your current benefit
Step 3: Click on the arrow button and Click “Download” as below.
Step 4: Now the employee’s Benefits report has been downloaded as highlighted below.
Step 5: When I opened this report it throws this error as below.
