Symptoms

When attempting to reviewing attachments in a Business Process(BP) record (by navigating to Review > Review), instead of the expected list of attachments linked to the record, the follow error is returned:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases

Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

After several attempts, the expected window finally comes up.
