Why Update Beneficiary is going straight to processed with no electable options ?
The update beneficiary life event is going straight to processed and colleagues are unable to make any changes to the event. We are unable to reopen the event as the system is saying that there are no electable choices. This event was working correctly until around 7/1/18. We have made no changes to the configuration for this event.
