Power User Failed To Export Data To FCCS Application (Doc ID 2470042.1)

Symptoms

Power user is unable to export data to FCCS but Admin service user can export it successfully.

The process log show :

INFO  [AIF]: List of rejected cells: ["xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
[AIF]: The data load process has failed.
INFO  [AIF]: EssbaseService.loadData - END (false)
DEBUG [AIF]: AIFUtil.callOdiServlet - END
Error in CommData.loadData
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 4097, in loadData
RuntimeError: false
