Populate The Account Field In Service Request Exclusively With Accounts Related To Chosen Contact (Doc ID 2470211.1)

Customer has the requirement to populate the Account field in Service Request pages (create and edit) exclusively with accounts related to the chosen contact.

The expected behavior is: agent chooses a contact in Service Request page (create and edit) > the accounts that appear in the Account field are exclusively accounts related to the chosen contact.

Customer would like to have all related accounts and not just the ones where the contact is primary.
We would like to know if this is achievable with custom Dynamic Choice Lists.
